The Precision Recruitment International is hiring a Butchery Manager.

Responsibilities

   » Supervise the operations of the butcher shop, including coordination and supervision of the team in the different tasks;
   » Establish relationships and negotiate with national and international suppliers;
   » Supervise the cutting, slicing and preparation of pieces of meat.

Requirements

   » 3+ years of significant practice in the area;
   » practice of meat packing processes;
   » Good expertise of different types of meat including types of cuts;
   » Interpersonal and communication expertise with good written and spoken English.
